Hello! I'm Satya Dalal,
a Product & Experience Designer
based in Singapore.

My work brings people, business and technology into the same conversation. I help teams understand what matters, make decisions together, and turn those decisions into thoughtful digital experiences.

I've spent 15+ years across product design, UX, digital design and visual design, most of it end-to-end: framing the problem, running discovery, designing the UX and UI, prototyping, validating with real users, and carrying it through developer handoff to delivery.

Over the last five years, that scope has widened. I've taken on design strategy, run client workshops end-to-end, and worked on generative and agentic AI products, translating fast-moving technology into experiences people actually trust, backed by business value modelling that helps leadership weigh a decision against its cost.

I move comfortably across people, business and technology, a stakeholder workshop, a business case, a detailed interaction flow, because good product design has to hold all three at once.
